About the Owner
My name is Kyle, and I’m the owner and lead instructor at So Cal Slow Cones. My motorcycling journey started in about 2018. I knew I wanted to do police motors, but I had never been on a motorcycle before. I took an MSF class, got my license, and started practicing. Fast forward to 2023 and I attended motor school and graduated #1 in my class. In 2024 I obtained a certification as a collision reconstructionist. In total, I have over 350 hours of formal motorcycle and collision investigation training. I have several hundred additional hours in informal motorcycle training.
I quickly realized a lot of motorcyclists were severely undertrained and there were not a lot of affordable options for quality training. I decided to start my training program in 2024 with the goal of providing the highest quality training at a price that’s affordable for everyone.
My goal is to help riders develop the skills and awareness to ride safely on public roadways, and reduce the number of motorcycling related injuries and fatalities. Using my combination of skills, a passion for teaching, and my unique experience investigating traffic collisions, I provide unique exercises for riders that you won’t find anywhere else. The exercises mimic real world scenarios to give you real results.
Whether you’re a beginner rider or a seasoned world traveler, everyone will find value in my training. With time and consistent practice, you too can handle your motorcycle with confidence and ease like a motorcycle officer! These skills are attainable by anyone, on any bike.
I look forward to riding with you soon!
-Kyle
